The Chalange
In 2019, the firm needed to refresh a complex infrastructure of four physical servers, 16 virtual machines, and an on-premise Exchange server. The system was fast but costly, difficult to maintain, and outdated in terms of modern standards.

With data-intensive SQL-based applications and regulatory requirements to meet, the organization sought a reliable, scalable, and secure alternative—specifically, a way to move their entire system out of their physical office and into the cloud.
What Did
Enhaims Do?
Enhaims worked closely with the firm to develop a future-ready cloud migration strategy. We began by migrating their email system to Microsoft 365 and upgrading all legacy Windows 7 machines to Windows 10, laying the foundation for a secure and compliant environment.
Next, we designed and deployed a Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop environment, enabling centralized desktop management and hosting all mission-critical applications in the cloud. Our team collaborated with software vendors to ensure flawless application migration with no downtime or data loss.
We also enhanced their network infrastructure to support the new cloud environment and implemented point-to-site VPNs for seamless and secure remote access. The Azure deployment was carefully tested before going live to ensure zero operational disruption.
