The client faced growing pressure to improve HR operations in a competitive job market where attracting and retaining talent required more than just good salaries. Their outdated ERP system lacked features for modern HR demands such as automated recruiting, time tracking, payroll integration, and real-time data insights.
Their internal HR team struggled with manual processes, disjointed data sources, and a user interface that was difficult to navigate. On top of this, the company wanted centralized access to the full employee lifecycle, from job posting and interviews to onboarding, time management, and offboarding. The goal was to optimize recruitment, boost productivity, and empower HR teams with better tools.
What Did
Enhaims Do?
Enhaims developed and integrated a full-featured Human Resources Information System (HRIS) tailored to the client’s ERP ecosystem. The system centralized all employee-related data and automated dozens of HR workflows, from applicant tracking to offboarding.
We integrated the HRIS with top job portals and built robust filtering capabilities to accelerate hiring. A recruitment funnel feature was included to optimize applicant selection and evaluate strategies. Enhaims also implemented time and attendance tracking, an intelligent absence management module, and a built-in payroll engine to automate salary calculations, including sick pay and bonuses.
To modernize the existing ERP UI, we used DHTMLX, enabling a clean, intuitive interface with visual org charts and employee dashboards. New hires could quickly navigate the hierarchy, while HR managers gained tools for scheduling, KPI tracking, and real-time analytics, transforming the platform into a true HR command center.
