Core functionality included encrypted video conferencing, instant messaging, e-document management, pharmacy integration, and real-time appointment scheduling. Leveraging HL7 protocols and best practices, we integrated with Medi-Span for drug data and enabled robust medication oversight.
To avoid delays, we proposed using a secure third-party video API instead of building one from scratch, saving time without sacrificing UX.
